It’s pretty clear from these images that Jessica Tainsh and her XC machine “Punching in a Dream” (aka Punchy) have that special connection.
They have had a super event at the Adelaide International 3 Day Event finishing in 7th place. Jess says of her event with Punchy : “The Australian International 3DE 2018 has been the biggest goal in my riding career to date.
Absolutely over the moon to have ridden my best dressage test to date, Punchy was an absolute gem carrying on in his test like nothing had happened even after a few small green spooks. Harmony, lightness & ease, we finally got it.
Thank you to my 2 amazing coaches Scarlett Blakeley & Jason Dins for all your help with getting my riding in tune before we left.
XC well what can I say except what a CHAMPION pony I have. Only 1 of 7 clear & under the time. (I actually found the time easy, cantering steadily over the last 2 fences). I love my OTT, boy can he gallop.”
Congratulations Jess and we cant wait for Punchy’s next instalment!
