Jeremy and Kathryn Janjic are FEI riders based in the Hunter Valley, NSW. Jeremy specialises in the training and competing of young dressage superstars and has overseen the education of some of Australia’s greatest Grand Prix dressage horses including Victory Salute and Byaleee Magic. Jeremy rose to fame whilst campaigning the unforgettable black stallion Django of Cacharel. Read Django’s story here: Django
Jeremy has produced three Friesian stallions to FEI level (two to Grand Prix) including Django of Cacharel, Xodo and Bastiaan 510.
With Jeremy, Django of Cacharel became the first Friesian stallion to represent Australia when they competed at the Horse of the Year CDI in New Zealand. They were also selected in five Pacific League World Cup Finals and five Equitana Grand Finals. Django of Cacharel became one of the most successful and popular Friesian stallions in Australia.
Jeremy made history when Bastiaan 510 (formerly Braggo S) became the first stallion to be approved in Australia at the Keuring in NSW in March 2019 (pictured). A Keuring is a judgement and classification of Friesians by officials from the Netherlands for inclusion into the Studbook. This only occurs once every two years.
Kathryn previously competed Snapdragon to FEI Medium Tour level. Snapdragon competed at ten Australian National Championships and had many placings at state, regional and CDI competitions over the years.
Jeremy and Kathryn are now competing several exciting horses including Willimiens Black Opal and the Django of Cacharel offspring Djivin, Harley Tk and Designer Label.
