Online Orders

Section 1 – Please note: Online order delivery to international addresses is not available

We will deliver throughout Australia to your Home or Business Address, or if you are purchasing a gift, to your gift recipient’s address within Australia.

Each order requires a single delivery point.

Orders placed before 11am Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, will be dispatched same day after payment has been accepted.

Delivery takes 5 business days in Metro Areas, 8 business days in Regional Areas and up to 10 days in Rural areas.

Please ensure you refer to the freight calculator to understand the cost for delivery to your postcode at the Shopping Cart step.

If you are not home to receive your order, it will be left at your address, considering any delivery instructions you provide.  Where you are not able to accept your order, you accept liability of your purchased items being left at your delivery address door. Please ensure you understand our Lost or Stolen Order Policy.

You will receive tracking order instructions when you place orders, please double check that these haven’t landed in your ‘Junk Mail’ folder.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription you’ll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select for a minimum of three (3) order cycles. Your payment details will be stored securely and you’ll be charged for each of these deliveries.

Subscriptions will auto-renew and continue at the end of the minimum three (3) order duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. If you want to cancel your subscription within the minimum three (3) order duration, please email onlinesales@kelato.com.au and we will be happy to assist you.

Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there, or simply click your account and login via the top right of the homepage.

Because subscriptions are already discounted, Rewards or other discounts cannot be redeemed on subscription costs.

Discounts

Only one type of discount can be redeemed at any time. If you have a special offer code or discount, it will not be able to be redeemed on items that already use discount code functionality, such as special offers or subscriptions.
